With a family tradition in butchery stretching back over 200 years, we’ve built our reputation on hand picking the very best breeds from local farmers to produce the finest beef, pork and lamb in East Anglia.
Our passion for provenance is shared by these farmers who are committed to delivering high quality, high welfare meats with guaranteed traceability and superior taste. Grazed on river valleys, salt marshes and meadows, it’s the rich diversity of grasses that gives our meat its incredible flavour and texture, making it an exceptional product. Located between Norfolk and Suffolk, surrounded by lush pastures and fields rich in crops, our state of the art facilities cut, prepare, pack and deliver award winning quality products locally, nationally and worldwide.
We have a huge respect for animal welfare prior to slaughter and are very aware of our own environmental impact. For that reason and where possible, we only source from farmers within an area of 60 to 100 miles.
With shorter journey times meaning less stress for the animals, better quality, taste and fewer food miles, our commitment is to minimise our own carbon footprint and to be environmentally sustainable.
